My Approach

Sometimes the sharing of a life experience with a Psychotherapist enables a person to make important decisions with clarity and acheive a sense of balance in their life.

For other people a longer term therapy and expression of feelings will be necessary in order to gain deeper insight and a fuller understanding of themselves.

Whether the need for support is due to depression, anxiety, stress, disordered eating, infertility, bereavement, relationship difficulties or any life crisis. I am available to discuss whatever might be helpful.

I provide a secure base with an awareness of differing spiritual and cultural needs, from which individuals are invited to explore their relationships and also feelings about separation and loss and how this may impact in their life.

My Background

I work as an Attachment-based Psychotherapist in Private Practice in Cambridge and London and also as a tutor on a Psychotherapy Training in London.

As an Art Therapist, I have worked in palliative care within the NHS, with a charity supporting female survivors of sexual abuse and also with young people and their families in private practice.

I recognize the importance of continuing professional development (CPD), which helps support my work as an Attachment-based Psychotherapist.
