Each one of us matters, has a role to play, and makes a difference. Each one of us must take responsibility for our own lives, and above all show respect and love for living things around us, especially each other.
Jane Goodall, writing in Reason for Hope: A Spiritual Journey
I offer a confidential and caring place in which to talk about personal and professional difficulties in either short or long term psychotherapy with individuals, couples and young people.
I use the AEDP model and techniques in my practice, and believe they play a vital part in the therapy relationship, alongside sensitive understanding, respect and creativity, to create the deepest potential for healing and transformative change.
Award winning book How The Sea Came To Be: And All The Creatures In It, by Jennifer Berne (words) and Amanda Hall (images) for young readers.
"A lyrical, spectacular history of the ocean from its dramatic evolutionary past to its marvelously biodiverse present."
"An ode to undersea life with visuals that beg to be animated, just as the text begs to be sung."
There is a YouTube clip, posted by Eerdmans, introducing the book.
